Create or Join a Session

When you create a session, you're the owner, can edit everything and can allow participants to join.

When somebody else creates the session you can request to join and have view-only privileges.

Add or Import your Presenters

In the A2 View, you can either add your Presenters and input their data manually or just drop in the run-of-show and have AI extract the Presenters and their time slots. It's up to you, but we know what you're gonna choose...

Add or Import your Transmitters

Again, input manually or just drop in your WWB export to populate the Transmitters panel. There you can set what type of mic you're setting up each channel to be

Follow the Timeline

With the imported Presenter data, you can schedule your presenters in the Timeline. There you can deploy the Transmitters manually, or automatically in real-time.

Deploy on the fly

In A2 View you can also directlly drag the Presenters to a Transmitter to deploy them in real-time. This is great for rehearsals, when planning tends to go out the window...

Always in sync

In A1 View, your A1 can always see which Presenter has which mic right when they have it. Sure beats the hell out of remembering who Thorvald Scheiderdorfen is.

Who is micAddy for?

It's the perfect A1/A2 communication tool. Teams can't get tighter than this. However, Stage Managers and Show Callers have been looking into it. The more the merrier, right?

How much does micAddy cost?

micAddy is completely free. Load it, use it, close it, bye. It's meant to be lean and efficient, although, user requests have been added progressively and the upcoming micAddy Pro will have more powerful features.

Does it save shows between days?

The current free version of micAddy is ephemeral, the data lives in you browser and gets deleted once you end the session. The upcoming micAddy Pro will indeed offer multi-day shows.

When will micAddy Pro be available?

We're aiming at a Fall 2026 rollout. Fingers crossed...

Do I have to download micAdddy to use it?

No. micAddy is completely web-based, so as long as you have a stable internet connection, you're good to go.

Who created micAddy?

micAddy was created by Castor Milano. His quest for quality and efficiency didn't stop at physical wireless gear organization and now the organization transcended to the team level in the digital realm.
