Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 04-13-2023

Applies to all products purchased directly from StageStrike or authorized dealers.


1. Limited Warranty Coverage

StageStrike warrants that its products, including but not limited to the miQb™, packHolder™, PackHolder XL™, SlackStrap™, and related accessories, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use for a period of:

One (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

2. What This Warranty Covers

  • This Limited Warranty covers:
  • Manufacturing defects in material
  • Structural failure under normal intended use
  • Cracking, warping, or separation not caused by misuse
  • Hardware defects (where applicable)


StageStrike products are designed for professional live event environments. When used as intended for organizing and deploying wireless audio equipment, they are built to withstand typical touring and production demands.


3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Accidental damage (drops, crushing, vehicle impact, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Exposure to extreme heat beyond material tolerance
  • Chemical damage or improper cleaning
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from improper storage
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Products used outside their intended purpose are not covered.


4. Touring & Professional Use Clarification

StageStrike products are engineered for professional environments; however, this warranty does not function as an insurance policy against extreme touring abuse, freight mishandling, or catastrophic impact.

If your gear truck runs over it… that one’s on the truck 😉


5. Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, StageStrike will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model
  • Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price

Replacement products may include updated design revisions.

StageStrike does not guarantee color matching for replacement parts due to material batch variation.


6. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

Email: support@stagestrike.com

Include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

Wait for written authorization before returning any product.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to StageStrike unless otherwise approved.


7. International Orders

For international customers, warranty replacement covers the product only.

Shipping, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • StageStrike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • StageStrike is not responsible for damage to wireless equipment stored in or attached to its products.


9. No Other Warranties

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by StageStrike. No dealer, distributor, or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
